We’ve loved getting back to work this past couple of weeks and seeing some of our lovely regular customers.
One of the main concerns people have naturally had is how we at Clean Start are responding to the current coronavirus pandemic. We would like to share this update with all our regular and potential clients to inform you what action we are taking as a business to protect our customers and cleaners .
Our cleaners will not attend your home or business if they or anyone in their household are displaying any symptoms.
In order to protect our cleaners we would kindly ask that our customers inform us if they or anyone in their house is displaying symptoms.
We will ensure that the same cleaner attends the same client for each clean
As always our cleaners will use fresh cloths with each client to prevent cross-contamination.
Social distancing of at least 2 metres must always be maintained and the client should stay in a different room to the cleaner, although many of our regulars are choosing to go out during the time their home is being cleaned and this is also fine.
Cleaners will thoroughly wash their hands before, regularly during and after cleans.
Where possible our cleaners will open windows whilst cleaning to improve ventilation.
If anyone is in their property whilst our cleaners are working then our cleaners will wear a face covering.

We are still working despite the recent local lockdown restrictions that have been imposed on the Bradford Area. Please be confident that all of the above precautions continue to be in place and are monitored. I have been using Clean Start for a number of years now and can highly recommend. That lovely fresh, clean aroma when you walk through the door is heavenly, and knowing that I don’t have to do anything for the weekend after a busy week at work is second to none.
